The American football league in Costa Rica started last year (march’09) with 6 six teams, and was a great experience for all, and hopefully the beginning of a great journey, because in Costa Rica we had a lot NFL Fans, and now we’ll try to encourage them to support the local teams.
Now seven teams are working hard to be ready for February’10, our second football league here in Costa Rica.
We really believe in a better future, with more Fans, sponsorships and opportunities to grow and improve this game in Costa Rica.
We really need people to help us improve the Teams! the money is necessary to complete some steps in our journey we know that, but knowledge will develop a better game, and hopefully situate our League into the top 3 in America.

Us, The Referees Association is trying to find sponsors to purchase the uniforms, sound system and hopefully insurance this year, and the next year, our main goal is a NFL instructor! we had the contact but now we need find the way to pay the instructor expenses.
